Gracious Professionalism

At Innov8Tigers, Gracious Professionalism is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in competing with passion while treating every team with respect, supporting fellow innovators, and sharing our knowledge to help everyone grow. For us, success is about learning together, lifting others up, and making the FIRST community stronger. We compete like Tigers and collaborate with kindness!

Coopertition

At Innov8Tigers, Coopertition means competing fiercely while working together to achieve something greater. We believe that even as we strive to be our best on the field, there is always an opportunity to support other teams, share ideas, and learn from one another. By combining competition with collaboration, we push the boundaries of innovation and help the entire FIRST community succeed.

About Us

Team Introduction

We are Innov8Tigers, a team of passionate students driven by curiosity, creativity, and a shared love for robotics and innovation. From brainstorming ideas and designing mechanisms to building, programming, and problem-solving, we take pride in making our robot as a product almost entirely made of the team's own hard work and collaboration. Almost every aspect of our journey is student-led, with each member contributing their skills, learning from one another, and growing together as a team. Beyond the competition field, we strive to inspire others, share our knowledge, and show that students can turn their ideas into reality.

Guided by Gracious Professionalism and Coopertition, we believe that true success goes beyond competition: it lies in growing together, empowering our community, and building a future where innovation benefits everyone.
